The Yamaha UMX is really built tough, so itβs always ready for hard work, day and night if necessary β in any weather. Itβs designed to carry an impressive payload of tools, equipment and supplies, thanks to its durable aluminium cargo bed, with convenient one-touch tailgate. The spacious bed measures 104.6 cm long x 116.6 cm wide x 30.2 cm deep.
2 individual seats and centre console
The UMX features a thoughtfully designed 2-seat interior with a convenient centre console and padded armrests for added security. Combined with the variable rate suspension and wide tyres, this practical layout gives the driver and passenger a comfortable ride, even on less-than-perfect roads and tracks. The open sides make getting in and out of the UMX quick and easy.
Smooth, punchy EFI power unit
At the heart of the nimble and easy-to-manoeuvre UMX is a rugged and reliable 400cc EFI single cylinder air-cooled engine that gives strong performance together with low running costs and excellent economy. There's also a zero emission 5.0 kW electric-powered model (the UMX AC) that's ideal for indoor use and in noise-sensitive environments.
